Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days of the scheduled event will be charged 75% of the estimated cost, which includes facility rental, catering services, and other arrangements that have been made at that time. Cancellations made within (7) days of the scheduled event will be charged in full. Any changes made between 10-14 days of scheduled event will incur an additional $250 inconvenience fee. Please note, cancellation fees cannot be applied to future events. There are absolutely no refunds.
